Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: To secure a booking, a valid credit/debit card is required. Please direct any questions or concerns regarding this policy to me via text or email. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 Days) prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the following: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of total service. No-shows or failure to provide notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of total service. These fees are in place to maintain the operation of a smooth business. In the event of an emergency, please reach out to me prior to your appointment to discuss possible alternatives. Thank you for your understanding!
